About the format of my work
A psychotherapy consultation is a scheduled appointment, not an emergency service. I see people Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, and answer messages within the working day. Outside those hours, and in an acute situation, use the numbers above.
The material on this site is for information only. It does not replace an in-person examination, tests or prescribed treatment. A diagnosis is made only at an appointment.
In severe conditions — acute psychiatric states, major depression with thoughts of death, addiction in an acute phase — psychotherapy does not replace the care of a specialist doctor and prescribed treatment. If your case is one of those, I will say so plainly at the first session.
