Seeing clients in the Kharkiv region — in person or online
On the outside everything is fine. Inside — no joy, no energy.
On the outside your life looks fine. Work, errands, the usual circle. You say “all good” when asked — and almost believe it yourself. But in the evening, when the bustle dies down, a strange feeling appears: as if you live on autopilot, while the real you stands aside, watching.
Mornings get harder. Not from lack of sleep — but because there seems to be no point. The joy from what you used to love has faded, like an old photograph. You blame it on tiredness, the weather, your age. But months pass, and the “tiredness” doesn’t go away.
This isn’t laziness. This state has a name and proven ways out. The first step is simply to talk.
You don’t need to travel to a big city
People used to travel to Kharkiv and wait in queues for a specialist like this. Now it’s the other way around: a qualified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist sees clients close to home — in Panyutyne, Krasnopavlivka and Zlatopil.
Choose the format in which it feels easier to talk.
No rush, no formalities. A conversation at your own pace.
I understand the nature of a small town. Confidentiality is absolute.

To me you are a person, not a “case from practice”. And we look for solutions together.
Conditions I work with
“The psyche doesn’t break for no reason. It defends itself. My job is to understand what from”
What my patients say
“After what I went through, I couldn’t sleep, flinched at every sound, lived as if in a fog. Gradually, session by session, the fear receded. For the first time in a long while I feel safe.”
“I’d smoked for 15 years, quit maybe five times, always relapsed. Here we figured out why I reach for a cigarette at all. Six months smoke-free — I couldn’t believe it.”
“I didn’t want anything — not work, not meeting people, not the things I used to love. I thought it was just laziness. Turned out it wasn’t, and it can be worked with. Now I’m making plans again.”
Frequently asked
Didn’t find your question? Write to me — I’ll answer personally.
Is it even normal to see a psychotherapist?
As normal as seeing a dentist for a toothache. Emotional pain is no less real — it just doesn’t show on an X-ray.
How is a psychotherapist different from a psychologist and a psychiatrist?
A psychologist isn’t a physician and works through conversation. A psychiatrist is a physician who mainly treats with medication. A psychotherapist is a physician who works through conversation and, when needed, understands the medical side. I’m a psychotherapist (MD): I see the whole picture.
Can talking really help?
“Kitchen” conversations — no. Therapy is a method with a specific technique and a measurable result. The difference is like between “chatting about health” and a doctor’s examination.
How will the session begin?
With an ordinary conversation. You tell me what’s bothering you, at your own pace. I ask questions. No forms, no tests “at the door”, no interrogations.
What if I cry during the session?
It means it has built up. Here that’s allowed — and it’s a normal part of the work, not something to be ashamed of.
How quickly will I feel results?
Often the first changes come after 2–3 sessions: sleep, anxiety level, reactions. Deeper changes take more time.
Can I combine in-person and online sessions?
Yes, freely. Many start in person and continue online — the effectiveness is confirmed in practice.
Will anyone find out that I came?
No. Confidentiality is absolute, without exceptions. Sessions are by appointment — patients don’t cross paths. If you want to stay completely unnoticed, there’s the online format.
Start with a simple message
Two sentences about your situation. That’s enough for me to understand whether I can help. Not a call, not a questionnaire — just a couple of lines about what’s happening with you. I’ll reply within 2–3 days.
