Before working with the soul, I spent years treating the body
I did not come to psychotherapy from the outside. Six years at Kharkiv National Medical University, a residency in paediatric neurology, then general medicine, work as a trauma surgeon at sports competitions, gastroenterology, massage, reflexotherapy. For almost fifteen years I lived inside conventional medicine: tests, diagnoses, protocols. I know it not from books — I know it from within. And that is exactly why I know where its boundary lies.
Fifteen years of medical school
Who is psychotherapist Budaev?
It is easier to hear it once than to read ten pages. A short video introduction — about the path, the method and how the work unfolds.
A path twenty-five years long
Neurology taught me to see the body. Psychotherapy — the person. Reflexotherapy — the link between them. Today all of it works together.
